How Long Does Shipping Take?

The time frame of an order delivery is divided into three parts:

Order processing time:within 3 working days

Stocking time:7-10 working days

Delivery time:Standard order: 15-20 working days

Expedited order: 5-7 working days

(The customized products will be taken much longer time)

But sometimes some unexpectable cases will interrupt or postpone our business development such as extreme weather, as well as the worldwide COVID-19 pandemics. If you haven't received your items for a long time, you can initiating the online talking to contact with our customer service team.

How do I order a product that requires a custom size?

If you need to customize, please select the custom button to order, and then note your girl's height, weight, bust and waist. We'll create the best-fitting gown for her based on the measurements you provide.

How Do I Cancel An Order?

We are only able to cancel orders within the first 12 hours after the order is placed. After that the order has most likely been processed and is preparing for shipment or has been shipped. Once this takes effect, it's out of our hands. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we pride ourselves on prompt service and this includes getting your orders out as fast as possible.

What Is Your Return Policy?

If there’s something wrong with your order (defective product, incorrect order, damaged order etc.), please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order and we’ll be happy to assist you reviewing the case and if it is approved we will be sending a replacement. Please do not return anything before we review the case, our customer service team will review the request and will send further instructions. Reserves the right to deny any return request.
